Elements of Emergency Service Administration


Examines roles and responsibilities of the emergency service administrator in terms of leading, multiagency coordinating, communicating, documenting, training, establishing procedures, budgeting, and financing. This course introduces innovative techniques in administration in the fields of fire, EMS, law enforcement and military.
