The ACC Interior Design Program holds accreditation from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) and has received the prestigious NKBA Award for Excellence in Education, an honor shared with only a few schools nationwide. Kitchen and Bath design is already part of the standard Interior Design program curriculum. For those specifically interested in the Kitchen and Bath design sector, the ACC Interior Design Department provides a concentrated Kitchen and Bath Specialist Certificate. This Certificate is designed to equip you with the key skills needed for a career in the Kitchen and Bath industry, enabling you to enter the job market swiftly. The certificate can be completed in a concise timeframe of three semesters, facilitating a swift transition to the workforce within one year.

Graduates who accumulate a certain number of years of professional experience in the field are eligible to take the Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer (CKBD) certification exam. Furthermore, CKBD designers, with added field experience, can eventually pursue the Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) examination.
