His research interests include the interaction of igneous and metamorphic suites, structural geology, and continental-scale deformational processes. He has an extensive knowledge and understanding of sedimentary processes, hydrocarbon formation, and geophysical data interpretation as related to natural resource exploration. Collaborated on rare mineral exploration, environmental and remediation, and renewable resource projects throughout North America and the Caribbean. He also runs a small woodworking business that recycles used wine and spirit barrels into furniture and other artistic pieces.
