Focuses on industrial and economic growth versus sustainability, natural resources development and management, environmental values and social movements, and comparative perspectives on people's relationship to the environment. Review of the "Green " movement and other environmental movements and their impacts upon social dynamics, the environment, and the evolution of social movements.
