REQUIREMENTS:

• Max 4 piece per instructor.
• Jpeg file, no larger than 15 MB Max
• 3D pieces such as ceramics, sculpture, installation, jewelry, metals, may include 3 different views.
• 2D art - document your art before you frame it. No mat, glass or frame should be in the photo.
• 3D art may be documented in a studio or natural setting.
• Cropped your image before you download it.
• Make sure the image is display ready.
• Work may be for sale or Not for Sale.
• The gallery director has the right to remove any work not appropriate or documented well.
• The gallery takes 35% on all sales. Please price accordingly.

TITLING YOUR ART:

You must title your art. If you title your art "Untitled" to help identify each piece separately title them as, "Untitled 1", "Untitled 2" and "Untitled 3".

RIGHT TO USE OF WORK:

Work may be used by ACC and Gallery to market the show. The artist will grant the above list royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide and perpetual license to use the work (in its entirety or sampled) for the promotion and/or advancement of the interests of the college in print, web, or other formats.
