Goodwin

Bridget grew up in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. She attended Keene State College in New Hampshire and graduated with a degree in secondary education and English. In 2016 she moved to Denver and spent 5 years teaching English to middle and high school students. After leaving the classroom, she worked in the non-profit space. She is thrilled to now be part of the ACC Admissions team.

I work with students who have been impacted by COVID-19 and are either jumping back into school after a break or attending ACC for the first time.

What town do you call home?

Colorado is home for now—but my family is still living in the Atlanta area so I call that home as well.

Have you ever taken a class or received a degree from a community college?

When I was in high school I took a concurrent enrollment course at my local community college.

A little something about Bridget

I love reading and spending quality time with friends and family. I also have a cat who I adore!

If you could travel anywhere – where would you go and who would you take with you?

I would take a solo trip to Iceland!

Favorite dish or type of food to eat

Currently, it would have to be an egg and cheese sandwich on a salted bagel from Moe’s Bagel’s. So good!
