ACC - Jan 3 - 6 - No Student Email, Word, and Microsoft 365
Starting Tuesday, January 3, 2023, until Friday, January 6, 2023, you will NOT be able to access ANY Microsoft 365 services - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, One Note, and your CCCS/Arapahoe student email account.
This downtime allows colleges time to implement Microsoft 365 changes that enhance collaboration and your digital learning experience. Once complete, you will have a brand-new mailbox and student OneDrive.
What does this mean for me?
Unfortunately, during this outage, you will not be able to send or receive messages to your student email account, nor will anyone be able to send an email message to you. We apologize for the inconvenience and we recognize that it is not a good time to be without your student email accounts.
If you are an ACC student, we will not be sending student emails during this time. We will still process any submitted applications or forms, but you may not receive notifications until after January 9. ACC offices are open beginning January 3, so do not hesitate to give us call. You will find more information on our website at www.arapahoe.edu.
You will be getting a brand-new mailbox while keeping the same email address!
This new mailbox will NOT contain any of your existing email.
We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is not possible to migrate or copy your existing mail to this new account.
You will still be able to access your old mailbox along with your existing messages and you be able to forward messages to your new mailbox or another e-mail account.
