Cherry Creek School District "Excellence in Art Student Virtual Exhibition" Submission Information
SUBMISSION DEADLINES:
- You may submit your students art February 7-18, 2022.
DIGITAL SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
- 15MB, JPEG format, larger will not upload.
- Document the art before framing it.
- No mat, glass or frame should be in the photo.
- Crop the image before you download it.
- Make sure the contrast and color look correct.
- Make sure the image is display ready.
EXHIBITION DETAILS:
- Exhibition dates March 1 - December 31, 2022.
- You can view the exhibition on the gallery web page.
- The link will be sent to you after the virtual exhibition is posted.
- Teachers will need to share the link with their school, students and parents.
RIGHT TO USE OF WORK:
I also affirm my understanding that any work I submit may be used by the Gallery, or College as samples and/or marketing under educational and fair use allowances. I grant the above list royalty-free, nonexclusive, worldwide and perpetual license to use the work (in its entirety or sampled) for the promotion and/or advancement of the interests of the college in print, web, or other formats.
