Hello ACC Students –

Countdown to the start of ACC’s Fall 2023 semester is underway. We’re excited that Fall courses will start the week of August 21, 2023! For the next several days I will be sending you information to help you have a successful start to your semester at ACC. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions.

You are getting this email because you are either enrolled in ACC Fall 2023 courses or have been enrolled in the past and have not yet completed your degree or certificate.

TOMORROW, Tuesday August 15, NO SERVICES VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON 8:00am - 10:00am due to an All-College Meeting for all ACC employees. Thank you for your understanding as we prepare for Fall 2023.

ACTION ITEM FOR Today, Monday, August 14: Log in to your myACC portal, accessed from the ACC website and check your emails.

The Littleton Annex building is currently under renovation and is closed. The Fitness Center is open during construction and can be accessed through the northwest entrance of M1600. That entrance is off parking lots E, F, G, or H. Also access our virtual platform Studio Sweat OnDemand!

Some important services to check out:

The Library/Learning Commons is located on the second floor of the Littleton Main Campus. You can find information on tutoring on their webpage or on the Tutoring Webpage.

The Child Development Center is just across from the Littleton Campus Main Building and may be accepting children for day care. Check out their webpage for the latest information.

The Testing Center has set up scheduling a placement test appointment online. Or you can visit them in person on the second floor of Littleton Main Building.

Need an accommodation for classes? Reach out to our Disability Access Services department. To schedule an appointment stop by Disability Access Services located in Room M2710 (the Main Building on the Littleton Campus), call 303.797.5860, or request an appointment online.

The Office of Financial Aid is a great resource for learning about your options for paying your tuition. Check myACC under the Financial Aid tab – most questions about your account can be answered there. Still have a question? The office is located on the second floor of the Littleton Main Campus, or you can reach them by phone at 303.797.5789 or by email at financialaid [at] arapahoe [dot] edu (financialaid[at]arapahoe[dot]edu)

Advising is ready to help you with any academic planning and you can schedule an appointment here! If you just have a quick question, Advisors will be available the 21st and 22nd at Littleton and Sturm Collaboration for quick drop in questions or schedule changes if needed.

Want to get involved in the ACC community? Check out the Student Life webpage for all the ways you can join our community!

Parking passes can be purchased through your MyACC account. If this option is used students can pick up their parking passes from the Campus Police Department on the Littleton Main Campus, or from the front desk at Sturm (be sure to bring your receipt). OR pay online through Cashnet (this will not post to your student account) to have your parking pass mailed to you. Parking pass enforcement will be limited through August 31. Please remember to park in ACC lots (parking and building maps can be found here). Street parking at Littleton Main Campus is not controlled by ACC and may result in City of Littleton tickets if you do not follow the signage on the streets.

Tomorrow – we will email you with more highlights for Fall 2023! Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.

Thanks ACC Pumas!
