Biography
Tom Coakley, PhD: Air Force Colonel with more than two decades in aerospace, including space policy, education, and workforce development. During his final military assignment, he ran a $75 Billion global space enterprise. Previously an Air Force Academy faculty member, a Pentagon Space Policy Advisor, and a senior space-system engineer, he now serves as a community college academic dean and is the founding executive director of the Colorado Space Institute.
