Bertelsen

I am a Colorado native and enjoy the mountains and outdoor activities. I left Colorado during to complete my undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Puget Sound and to spend a year traveling abroad. After those adventures, I returned to Colorado to work at Janus Funds and Great-West Financial for a total of seven years, and to complete my Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Colorado, Denver. When I had children, I left the corporate world and began teaching at ACC. Fortunately, I really enjoy teaching at ACC and appreciate that this change allowed me to stay in the field, work with students, and be able to spend more time with my family.
