Year to Career at ACC
Are you looking for a rewarding career in healthcare or technology? Arapahoe Community College's (ACC) Year to Career program provides accelerated pathways into these high-demand fields.
Real-world experiences are embedded into the coursework, and students receive customized support and career coaching leading up to job placement. The program is made possible through funding from the third round of the Strengthening Community Colleges Training Grants Program (SCC3).
How does Year to Career work?
This innovative program, which can be completed in under one year with accelerated learning, is a collaboration between education and industry to create skills-focused, market-driven, affordable learning opportunities to support learners and employers while building a talent pipeline.
Education and training are aligned through focused micro-credentials in response to regional and state labor market needs. Year to Career pathways include:
Healthcare
- Behavioral Health Assistant
- Certified Nurse Aide Plus & Pre-Nursing
- Electroneurodiagnostic Tech
Information Technology
- Cybersecurity: Security+
- Quantum: IBM Qiskit Developer
Real-world Experience
Year to Career features hands-on learning, including virtual job shadows, professional development, and certification opportunities while you complete the program.
