Diana is the first person in her family born in Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and from Sunway University Malaysia with a Master of Arts in Creative Arts and Media. She has always loved working in higher education with first year experiences, career services, international students, and experiential learning. Diana is excited to be a part of the Puma team collaborating with ACC students and community partners.

Have you ever taken a class or received a degree from a community college? 

Yes! In high school, they just started the concurrent enrollment program with Front Range Community College (FRCC). FRCC was close to campus and appreciated having the opportunity. 

A Little Something About Diana

I love to travel! So far, I have been to Mexico, Cuba, South Korea, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, France, Spain, and New Zealand. Most of these opportunities were through school trips!  

If you could travel anywhere – where would you go and who would you take with you? 

I would love to go to Banff National Park in Canada because of nature and open bodies of water. I would take my sister and her family because they love hiking. 

Favorite dish or type of food to eat 

My favorite foods are Pho and Boba. Even in the summer or warm weather, I love this combo!  

Quote or Advice for Community College students  

I resonate with the beginning part of New York Public Radio’s mission statement, “to make the mind more curious, the heart more open, and the spirit more joyful.” I tend to gravitate towards experiences and choices that support growth. Trust the process!
