pottery by Robert SchroderThe Arapahoe Community College Clay Club will host the annual Arapahoe Ceramic Guild Spring Pottery Sale on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, April 23-25, at the Colorado Gallery of the Arts at ACC.  Thursday's festivities will include an opening reception with light refreshments.

Admission is free and the sale is open to the public.  Free parking is available in all campus lots during the sale.  Hours of operation at the Colorado Gallery of the Arts for this sale are as follows:

THURSDAY, APRIL 23:  4:00 - 8:00 p.m. (opening reception)
FRIDAY, APRIL 24:  9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
SATURDAY, APRIL 25:  9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Home-schooled students visit dayArapahoe Community College will host Home-Schooled Students Visit Day on Friday, April 24, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in Room M3130 at the Littleton Campus.

Home-schooled students are encouraged to bring their families to this free event to learn about ACC and its great faculty and academic resources.  Lunch will be provided.

9:00 - 9:30 a.m. - check in and registration
9:30 - 10:00 a.m. - welcome and ACC presentation
10:00 - 11:30 a.m. - breakout sessions and tours
11:30 a.m. - Noon - ACC student panel
Noon - 12:30 p.m. - lunch and door prizes

Be Involved, Give DayArapahoe Community College is partnering with the South Suburban Park Foundation for our "Be Involved, Give Day" on Saturday, April 25, as part of our 50th Anniversary celebration.

Join us at Big Dry Creek Corridor / Progress Park for a community trail clean-up project from 9:00 a.m. - Noon, then enjoy free lunch at the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce at 12:30 p.m.  Please sign up online, or register at the Student Affairs Office (Room M2820), by April 14.

MGDI Student ShowcaseThe Multimedia, Graphic Design and Illustration Student Showcase opens today.  The exhibition runs through May 8.  The festivities will also include a reception with light refreshments on Friday, May 1, from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Admission is free and the exhibition is open to the public.  Hours of operation at the Colorado Gallery of the Arts for this exhibition are as follows:

MONDAY - FRIDAY:  Noon - 5:00 p.m. (open Tuesdays until 7:00 p.m.)
SATURDAY / SUNDAY:  closed
