Biography

I have over 20 years of experience in the mortuary profession. I hold dual licenses for funeral director and embalmer in Indiana, Texas and Hawaii, certified crematory operator, federal agent with DMORT Region 9, former Deputy Coroner for Teller County, Colorado and an Army Veteran. I hold a Mortuary Science degree from Ivy Tech Northwest Indiana, along with an Organizational, Leadership and Supervision degree from Purdue University, Indiana. I traveled for 2 years as mortuary support, during Covid, and along with my former active duty husband, retired, LTC Paul Eberhardt, for a large portion of my career. I am extremely passionate and involved with the funeral services profession and advocacy for better oversight and regulation. My adult children have followed the mortuary career path, as well.
