They are driven by a desire to make a living while making a difference and are often initiated by a set of challenges, obstacles or realizations signaling it is time for a change! Explore this animal called Encore Career. What it is? How does the concept of second adulthood fit in? Where do I to start? What might you want to include in your encore career? How do you begin the pathway to your encore transition?
