Widening Your Comfort Zone

Pam O’Mara
Whether we’re introverts, extroverts, artists, writers, engineers, technicians, sales managers, caretakers, or a combination, throughout our lives we experience situations that we enjoy and those we’d rather avoid. It would be great if we could feel comfortable in more situations. This class provides the environment in which to create your own set of comfort-zone-expanding techniques. We’ll borrow methods and techniques from storytelling, improvisational acting, and journal writing. Each class begins with warm-down exercises that allow us to focus on the activities. Led by Pam Roth O’Mara, artist, author, and instructor you’ll learn how to expand your comfort zone. And, you’ll have fun and meet new people.
