Learning Commons

 Learning Commons Vision

To be the most innovative and effective Learning Commons in the Colorado Community College System.

Learning Commons Mission

To provide accessible, collaborative and individual learning spaces for the ACC community to achieve maximum learning and success.

The Learning Commons Advisory Committee has been working hard to provide you with a Library and Learning Commons that helps you Move Mountains!

The Instructor led study lab, M1546, is where students can drop in on specific days and times for help from an Instructor. This room is equipped with a large whiteboard, computer and three flat screens that can be connected to a laptop, tablet or smart phone. Cables are available for checkout at the circulation desk. The study lab schedule is available on our website.

Group study rooms are available in small and large sizes on both floors of the Learning Commons. Most contain a whiteboard and markers can be checked out at the circulation desk. Reserve a study room on myACC.

Also located within the Learning Commons is the Writing Center on the second floor, south side. The Writing Center offers free one-on-one tutoring sessions (in-person and online) to develop your writing skills.

We have individual and group study space available on both floors. Need a quiet place to study? Visit the quiet zone on the first floor. Need to collaborate with classmates? Sit at a table by the window with views of the mountains.
