Strategic Planning Process 2015-2020

Arapahoe Community College’s strategic planning process is an inclusive, collaborative effort by the full campus community to establish a strategic plan for 2015-2020. Throughout the planning process, our goal is to engage institutional stakeholders in face-to-face interaction and personal discussion. Our team-oriented strategic planning process provides an opportunity for both internal and external community members to share their perspectives, experiences and views, resulting in shared aspirations and a common institutional vision. Each of the strategic directions established by our ACC community will be accompanied by strategic goals and expected outcomes through which progress on the strategic plan will be assessed.

The process to create ACC's 2015-2020 Strategic Plan provides opportunities for involvement by all Estates of the College – Faculty, Administrative, and Classified. The groups responsible for the design of the strategic plan include:
