Join ACC's Tutoring and Learning Resources team for a Test Anxiety Workshop on Tuesday, October 3 from 9:00 - 9:30am at the Littleton Campus in room M2550. If you find yourself feeling more nervous than usual around midterms, having trouble focusing on a test, or starting a test and going “blank,” you may be experiencing test anxiety. Test anxiety can affect your focus, memory, and lead to a negative mindset about your academics. Join Student Support Staff, Sarah Homer and Courtney Irish, to learn more about anxiety management strategies that can help you focus, feel confident, and demonstrate your knowledge on your exams.
This event is tailored toward students registered in AAA 1001 this semester but is open to all ACC students. To register for this event or for accommodations, please email tutoring [at] arapahoe [dot] edu (tutoring[at]arapahoe[dot]edu).
