Need help getting started in the gym? Come to the ACC Fitness Center on Wednesday, June 19 at 11:30am and learn the basics to get you started toward a healthier stronger you! Student Life and the Fitness Center staff will provide you with tips for better performance and an introduction to weight lifting. Gym clothes and closed-toe shoes required, showers available.
