The Arapahoe Community College Pharmacy Technician Program will host guest speaker Christopher S. Jerry on Monday, June 2, from 3:00 – 4:30 p.m. in the Waring Theatre (Room M2900) at the Littleton Campus.
Jerry, the President and CEO of the Emily Jerry Foundation, will speak about medication error prevention, patient safety and pharmacy technician regulations/oversight. Jerry created the foundation in his daughter’s name following her unexpected death resulting from a medication error. Jerry speaks to health professionals across the country about the prevention of medication errors and the best practices within the pharmaceutical industry.
