Exhibition: 13th Annual Kaleidoscope Juried Exhibition

Exhibition Dates: July 17 – August 13, 2017
Closing Reception: August 13, 5-7 p.m.
Accepted Art Pick-up: Aug 3 after the reception, 7-8 p.m.

Submission Details

Submissions due on Saturday, July 15, 9-11 a.m.
Artwork will be juried 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Unaccepted art pick up - same day 1-3 p.m.

For those of you who annually participate in the Kaleidoscope exhibition please note the change of the drop off date. The gallery will be remodeled June - July 14.
 
Submit actual work - $10 per entry (no credit cards)
No limit on the number of entries.

You will complete a contract and entry form at the gallery during art drop-off.
 
Media accepted: Ceramics, Drawing, Jewelry, Glass, Metals, Mixed Media, Painting, Photography, Printmaking, Sculpture and Wood Working.

2D artwork must be ready to hang in a frame with glass and a wire properly installed on the back. No artwork with saw tooth hangers accepted. Wrapped canvas with a wire is OK. No wet paintings. Extremely fragile work must be in a protective frame or case. Artwork will be hung with nails only, no screws.

3D work must be very stable and fit on a pedestal 17x17. The work needs to be light enough for one person to move. Clear lids will only be used on jewelry displays.
 
CGA reserves the right to refuse any work deemed too fragile, inappropriate or not properly prepared for installation.
