Hello ACC Students –

Countdown to the start of ACC’s Fall 2026 semester is underway! Many Fall courses will start the week of August 17 and from now until then, I will be sending you information I hope will help you have a successful semester at ACC. \

Students who are concurrently enrolled in high school and ACC, please note these items apply to you if you are taking any courses that are in person at ACC but may not apply to courses at your specific high school.

Please continue to monitor the ACC website and your ACC student email for the latest updates. I am including some important updates in this email – please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!

TOMORROW, Tuesday August 11, ACC will have limited services from 8:00am - 11:00am due to an All-College Meeting for all ACC employees.

ACTION ITEM for today, Monday, August 10:

Log in to your myACC portal, accessed from the ACC website and check your emails. 

Student Services office hours for August 10-21: 

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
  • Tuesday, 8:00am – 7:00pm
  • Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm 

Create Your Student Forms Account for Financial Aid!

Have you submitted your 2026–2027 FAFSA? Create your Student Forms Account! This allows you to complete, sign, and submit most required Financial Aid documents entirely online. 

  1. Go to arapahoe.studentforms.com/
  2. Click ‘Create Account’ link
    1. You will be required to set up 2-step authentication, we recommend selecting 'SMS' as the preferred method.
  3. Confirm your student information.
    1. The spelling of your name and your date of birth must exactly match what was entered on the FAFSA. If you are unsure, log into your FAFSA to see what you entered.  
- When entering your preferred email address, you must use the same email address that you provided on your FAFSA.
  4. Click ‘Create Account’ button

Some important services to check out

  • The Library / Learning Commons is located on the second floor of the Littleton Main Campus. You can find information on tutoring on their webpage or on the Tutoring webpage.
  • The Cashier’s Office is available to assist you through email or by phone at cashier [dot] acc [at] arapahoe [dot] edu or 303.797.5638. You can pay online through myACC on the Student Finance page.
  • The Testing Center has set up scheduling a placement test appointment online. Or you can visit them in person on the second floor of Littleton Campus.
  • Need an accommodation for classes? Reach out to our Disability Access Services department. To schedule an appointment stop by Disability Access Services located in Room M2710 (the Main Building on the Littleton Campus), call 303.797.5860, or request an appointment online.
  • The Office of Financial Aid is a great resource for learning about your options for paying your tuition. Check myACC under the Financial Aid tab – most questions about your account can be answered there. Still have a question?   • Advising is ready to help you with any academic planning and you can Schedule an appointment here

  • Parking Passes (info at the bottom of the webpage). Buy through your myACC account (Login to MyACC) or Cashnet online Pay online through Cashnet.

Parking Pass Pick-up Options:

  • Pay at campus: Pick up at the table across from the Welcome Center Desk the week that classes begin, August 17-20 (2nd floor, Littleton campus).
  • Pay through myACC: Pick up at Campus Police (Littleton Main Building) or Sturm front desk (bring your receipt).
  • Pay through Cashnet: Pass can be picked up or mailed.
