As the retail market continues to grow, the need for people with skills in marketing, management, and leadership continues to increase. The Retail Management certificate and Associate of Applied Science degree give you the necessary skills to advance into management positions in the retail industry. The program will give you the business background needed to interact with vendors, handle marketing and strategic planning, and manage staff. You will also get a better understanding of economics and how it affects the retail environment.

What You'll Learn
