There will be a two week delay in applying your payment to your account at ACC. The fee to defer tuition and fees through eCashier is a $35.00 non-refundable enrollment fee per agreement, which will be processed electronically from your checking or savings account or to a VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card. Your monthly payment will be automatically charged to the bank account or credit card you designate. The down payment is processed immediately. Additional payments will be charged on the 5th of each month until the balance is paid in full.

If you drop or add classes after you completed your eCashier Tuition Payment Agreement, contact the Cashier's Office at 303.797.5985 to have your eCashier payment adjusted.

NOTE: Should an ACH or credit card payment be missed an insufficient funds fee of $25.00 will be automatically assessed to your account. You will be notified by Nelnet of the missed payment via mail.

We are pleased to offer Online Enrollment for the new automated eCashier. To enroll, follow the 9 steps listed below:

  1. Log onto www.arapahoe.edu
  2. Click on the myACC logo link
  3. Enter your Student ID and PIN
  4. Click on "Student Finance Tab"
  5. Look under "Payment Options"
  6. Click on "Payment Plan"
  7. Select a term and click the "Submit" button
  8. Click on the eCashier logo
  9. Proceed to set up the eCashier payment plan

If you have created an account with Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly FACTS Management Company) you can use eCashier to access your personal account information. Please note that you will need to have your agreement number, school identification number and validation code from your Confirmation Letter to view account information.
