INTENSIVE ENGLISH PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION:
The intensive English program consists of 23 hours of instruction per week focusing on grammar, reading, writing, and listening/speaking. In addition, students may choose from a variety of courses such as TOEFL Preparation, Accent Improvement, Computer Lab, Conversation, Film Discussion, Current Issues, and others.

SIX LEVELS OF INTENSIVE ENGLISH CLASSES FROM BEGINNING TO ADVANCED

  • Intensive English classes 23 hours a week
  • TOEFL Preparation
  • Focus on academic preparation
  • Experienced instructors with advanced degrees
  • Computer lab available for computer assisted language learning
  • Special Programs: English for Executives, Summer Vacation English
  • Five terms a year, each nine weeks long

LOCATION
Spring International language Center is located on the campus of Arapahoe Community College, Littleton, Colorado, just 10 miles from downtown Denver. The campus provides an excellent view of the Rocky Mountains.

APPLICATION INFORMATION
Applications are accepted throughout the year. Spring International offers 5 terms a year, each 9 weeks long. New students may enter the program at the beginning of each term or at midterm.

EDUCATIONAL SERVICES/OPPORTUNITIES:
Students enrolled in the upper levels may take 1 or 2 college classes at Arapahoe Community College. Students completing the advanced level are accepted into Arapahoe Community College without a TOEFL score. College/university placement assistance is provided to those who need it. Also, conditional admission is available to interested students.

STUDENT SERVICES
Support services include airport pickup, assistance with housing, homestays with American families, and social and cultural activities on campus and in the community.

Spring International Language Center is accredited by ACCET (Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training).

Spring International is a member of the American Association of Intensive English Programs (AAIEP).
