We offer over 100 pieces of exercise equipment including:
- 46 weight machines
- 23 stationary bicycles
- 10 computerized bicycles
- 4 Stairmaster machines
- 7 treadmills
- 2 rowing machines
- 3 VersaClimbers
- 2 Nordic Track machines
- 4 elliptical crosstrainers
- free weights
- 10 Free Motion cable machines
- wheelchair accessible multi-station weight machine
ACC also offers the SilverSneakers exercise program which is available
to seniors participating in a special Kaiser Permanente, PacifiCare/SecureHorizons
or Humana insurance program for those that are MediCare eligible.

What is "Aerobic Super Circuit"?
- circuit training involves alternately doing resistance exercises
and aerobic exercises.
- program developed at the Aerobic Institute in Dallas, Texas
by Dr. Kenneth Cooper.
- primary focus is on cardiovascular fitness; however, improvements
in muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility can
also be realized. In addition, circuit training is an excellent
way to lose unwanted pounds and inches.
Do I have to start at the beginnng of the semester?
- Start your exercise program at any time and orientations are
offered throughout the year!
Is anyone around the Center to help me?
- Professional staff members, holding a minimum of a four year
college degree in an exercise related science, will always be
working in the Center to answer your questions, to assist you
in refining your exercise program, and to help you attain your
fitness goals.
