Job Description: Admissions & Records provides registration and academic enrollment support to Arapahoe Community College (ACC) students, faculty, and staff. In the Admissions & Records Support position, you will provide essential customer service and assistance to all ACC students, staff, and faculty. Specific duties include: assist students via phone or in person, assist with clerical work including data entry and mass mailings, maintaining supply stock, answer phones and other duties as assigned by the Admissions Supervisor. We will provide training on all necessary software and processes.

Admissions & Records is a high-traffic area in ACC. The Admissions & Records Support position must possess excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone, a passion to assist students and faculty and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Job Description:This position is the main point of contact for all departments located in the Art and Design Center complex. Art & Design Center Information staff provides essential quality customer service to faculty, staff, students and the community in person and by phone. Duties include: answering telephone; taking and distributing messages; assisting faculty and staff with clerical work including data entry; signing for mail and package delivery, distributing mail; filing; maintaining/stock pamphlets, paper and office supplies; delivering "hand carry" items to Main and Church Street buildings; contacting Physical Plant or Campus Police as dictated by situation or as requested; and other duties as assigned by supervisor or requested by faculty. Requirements: Comfortable working on Macintosh computers. Have good interpersonal skills... a lot of interaction with students and instructors is required. The job can be physical at times, requiring the ability to lift and move computer equipment, crawl under tables to sort wires, rearrange lab furniture, etc. Student should be able to lift approximately 30-35 lbs on an occasional basis. We will train some specific tasks, but need someone who is computer proficient, reliable, friendly, and flexible.
