Job Description: Admissions and Records/Information Central provides registration, academic and enrollment support to Arapahoe Community College (ACC) students, facility and staff. In the ARIC Support position, you will provide essential customer service and assistance to all ACC students, staff and faculty. Specific duties includes: assist student via phone or in-person, assist with clerical work including data entry and mass mailings, maintaining supply stock, answer phones and other duties as assigned by ARIC Supervisors. We will provide training on all necessary software and processes

Requirements: Admissions and Records and Information Central are high-traffic/high-volume areas in ACC. The ARIC Support position must possess excellent customer service skills in-person and on the phone, a passion to assist students and faculty and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Because this position works closely with the public, a professional appearance is required. Applicant must be able to work with confidential information with discretion and be reliable, friendly and customer-service oriented.

Job Description:This position is the main point of contact for the Art and Design Center Complex located on the corner of Prince and Alamo Streets. The Art and Design Center houses the following departments: Interior Design, Art, MGD and CAD/Architectural/Construction Supervision. Information staff provides essential quality customer service to faculty, staff, students and the community in person and by phone. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering telephone and forwarding calls and/or taking and delivering messages; assisting A&D faculty and staff with clerical work including data entry; receiving and distributing mail and packages; filing, maintaining/stocking pamphlets, paper and office supplies; running errands to Main Campus and Church Street building; contacting Physical Plant or Campus Police as dictated by situation or as requested; other duties as assigned by supervisor or as requested by A&D faculty.

Requirements:
Computer Skills a must - Word and Excel; able to type 40 WPM
Physically able to lift 25 pounds (copy paper boxes, packages, supplies, etc.)
Must be a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to multitask
Be able to communicate clearly in person and on the telephone
Be able to work in a high traffic area
