The ACC Financial Aid Office has information online about scholarship programs and application procedures for the 2008-2009 academic year:

In addition, there are many transfer scholarships available from Colorado colleges and universities, such as UNC, CSU, Metro, and CU–Boulder.

    to learn about searching and applying for publicly–funded and privately–funded programs.

ACC Scholarships

This is just a sampling of ACC–specific scholarships. Please visit the Office to learn about dozens of other ACC scholarships.

  • First Generation Scholarship
    If you are the first in your family to attend college, and have the commitment and motivation to pursue a degree, ACC will pay your tuition — up to $1,600 per year for full–time enrollment — for up to two (2) years. If you meet the eligibility criteria, apply early and enjoy the benefit of this special opportunity.
  • ACC Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship
    This scholarship is intended for ACC students who embrace the beliefs and visions of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in their academic work and personal lives. This scholarship is funded by ACC. In order to be eligible, recipients must:
    • Be an ACC Student
    • Be a Colorado Resident
    • Possess a 3.0 GPA
    • Show a financial need by completing the Free Application for Federal Financial Aid (FAFSA).
    • Write a required two–page essay detailing their career goals and explaining how Dr. King's ideals and teachings have influenced their lives.
