The primary purpose of reserve officers is to assist the Campus Police Department in preserving the safety of students, faculty, staff and visitors of the Arapahoe Community College campus.

Reserve officers are certified by P.O.S.T. and must complete the same screening criteria as police officers. They volunteer at least 20 hours per month to the police department. If you are interested in becoming a reserve officer contact Sergeant Gary Schock at 303.797.5910 or by e-mail at: gary.schock@arapahoe.edu.
