Mission
The purpose of the Arapahoe Community College Archives Collection is to select, preserve, and provide access to non-current college records and related materials that document the history of Arapahoe Community College. These records may be of enduring administrative, legal, fiscal, scholarly, or community value.

Location and Hours
The Archives Collection is open during regular library hours and is located in Room M2863; accessible from the Library on the 2nd floor of the main building.

Research and Use
Archival materials are open for research by the administration, staff, faculty, students and the community. Researchers need to make an appointment and fill out a request form in person, by telephone or e-mail. You should have a specific research purpose for which you intend to use the collection, and the Library must approve this before access is granted. The archivist also accepts research requests. Again, approval must be granted before the request can be filled. Archival materials do not circulate and must be used in the Archives office under supervised conditions. Reference procedures are designed to ensure the preservation of the records for future researchers.
