On Campus: Any building or property owned or controlled by ACC within the same geographic area used by ACC for educational purposes. This area includes ACC Parker.

Non-Campus: Any building or property owned or controlled by ACC, or a student organization that is officially recognized by ACC, or that is used in direct support to ACC educational purposes. This area includes ACC Parker.

Public Property: Property not owned or controlled by ACC and within, next to or bordering the campus, or easily accessible from ACC. This area includes jurisdiction for the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
