Student of Taekwon-Do Inventor Teaching
10-Week Class for All Ages at ACC
(November 30, 2007 - Littleton, Colo.) Arapahoe Community College is currently enrolling students in a non-credit Tae Kwon class set to begin January 22. The instructor will be Douglas Arnold, a VI Dan Black Belt, who has studied with General Choi, the Grandmaster, founder and inventor of Taekwon-Do. Douglas also recently served five years as the president of the United States YOM CHI Taekwon-Do Association.
Taekwon-Do is a modern Korean martial art designed for all skill and experience levels. While receiving training in self-defense, students develop mental focus, coordination, and self-motivational strategies.
Anyone from ages 8-90 is invited to participate in this class that will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from January 22 through March 27, 2008. The class will meet from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the ACC Fitness Center Gym at 5900 South Santa Fe Drive in Littleton.
