(April 18, 2007 – Littleton, Colo.) Tomorrow, Thursday April 19 from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., all ACC faculty and staff are invited to come have a snack while enjoying some amazing student art at the Open House of the new and improved A2000 suite. Snacks, employees who drop by the open house will enjoy, include: chips and guacamole, fresh fruit and a scrumptious veggie tray.

Recently, the suite, home to ACC’s Instructional Vice President, academic deans and their staff, underwent a makeover to make it appear more warm, welcoming and professional. As part of the makeover, the staff of the A2000 suite held an “Art at the Heart” art contest giving students an opportunity to have their paintings, drawings, photography and digital imaging permanently displayed in A2000.

Also, at the open house, ACC President Dr. Bert Glandon will present the $100 grand prize and the first and second runner-up awards to the student artists who competed in the contest.
