Reporting Errors to ACC Online Learning Technical Support

When reporting an error to the Department of Educational Technology, please include as many details as possible.

• Describe what you were trying to do when the error took place.
  • Include the Course ID and where in the course the error occurred, such as the section or page.
• As much as possible, include the exact text of the error message you received.
  • The easiest way is to simply copy the error message
    into the body of an e–mail.
• Provide the name and version of the browser you were using at the time, for example:
  • “Internet Explorer Version 6.0” or “Mozilla Firefox 2”.
• Include the time of day the error took place.
