ACC's Colorado Gallery of the Arts will host a monthlong art show called “Mixed Bag.” The event, named for its variety of artwork, will feature high-profile artists from the community. The exhibition runs from Oct. 12 – Nov. 12 on Arapahoe Community College’s main campus and is free and open to the public.

Featured artists include:  John Bonath, photography;   Lincoln Phillips, photography; Harold O’Connor, jewelry and metals; Vicky Smith, ceramic sculptures; Charles Parson, wall constructions, drawings and small sculptures; Robert St. John, linocuts, watercolor and found paper; Bob Smith, raku-fired ceramics; Deborah Howard, mixed media and painting; and Blake Milteer, photography.

We are excited to welcome our area high school students, family members, and administrators to stop by and obtain some useful information about ACC, meet our faculty and staff, and explore our many different programs and departments.

Columbus Day - College open - classes in session

Please join the Sigma Phi chapter of Phi Theta Kappa in welcoming its newest members.
A reception for new members and guests follows the ceremony. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate ACC students’ academic achievements with them and their families.

Walk the river with rangers from the Carson Nature Center and then join Poet Eleanor Swanson and Poet/Essayist Reg Saner for workshops and readings on writing about nature. $15 students, $30 nonstudents.
