Equality Club presents the Day of Silence.  Club members will have information fliers available about what the day means and how it represents the generations of GLBT citizens who had to live in silence.  This day is a tribute to their lifetime struggle and a recognition of the ability of GLBT citizens to be more open in current times.

You must sign up by April 7 in the Career Center. These seminars are FREE for currently enrolled declared AAS and certificate students.

On Monday, April 12, 10 – 11:15 a.m., in Room N1090, Kate Bowman, Chair of the Board of Directors of the Gender Identity Center of Colorado, will return! Kate, who was born biologically male but now lives as a female, will discuss issues relating to gender identity and what it’s like to become and live as the opposite gender. This is an open discussion for anyone interested in issues related to gender, gender identity and sexual orientation.


Registration begins April 12 and ends May 16.

10-week classes begin May 24.
