Arapahoe Community College’s Colorado Gallery of the Arts will host a monthlong art show called “Mixed Bag.” The event, named for its variety of artwork, will feature high-profile artists from the community. The exhibition runs from Oct. 12 – Nov. 12 on Arapahoe Community College’s main campus and is free and open to the public.

Gallery Hours:

Monday-Friday Noon-5 p.m.
Tuesday Evenings 5-7 p.m.
Closed for Holidays

Featured artists include:  John Bonath, photography;   Lincoln Phillips, photography; Harold O’Connor, jewelry and metals; Vicky Smith, ceramic sculptures; Charles Parson, wall constructions, drawings and small sculptures; Robert St. John, linocuts, watercolor and found paper; Bob Smith, raku-fired ceramics; Deborah Howard, mixed media and painting; and Blake Milteer, photography.

"Job Search Practices in a Down Economy" presented by William Neal from Arapahoe Douglas Works!

More than 30 employers representing government, financial, healthcare, retail, security, insurance, sales, military, non-profit, marketing, hospitality and other sectors will be on hand to meet one-on-one with potential candidates.  

Attendees should “dress for success” and bring copies of their resume. Information and advising on ACC career, degree and certificate programs will also be available.
