As one of nine children, I learned the value of strong communication skills at an early age! I earned B.A. and M.A. degrees in Speech Communication at Southern Illinois University and have been teaching college speech courses for more than twenty years. I never tire of watching anxious speech students grow into confident communicators - a skill that will enhance the quality of their lives, personally and professionally.
