Ms. Terri Scrima has a Master’s degree in Applied Communications from the University of Denver, along with a certificate in the Advanced Study of Training.  Her undergraduate degree is a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

As an Adjunct Faculty member at both Arapahoe Community College and Regis University, her specialty areas of teaching include: Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communications, Organizational Communications, Conflict Management, Speech Communications, Team Leadership, and Persuasion.
She is the Principal at Strategic Training, LLC, a Training and Development Consulting company. Terri possesses 15 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering training solutions in the healthcare and information technology industries.  Her experience also includes training implementation for software application training, project management, curriculum design, business process analysis, and healthcare operations experience.

Terri is a Wisconsin native living in Colorado for over 25 years.  Currently, she resides in Littleton, CO.

Besides teaching and consulting, Terri is a certified teaching tennis pro through the United States Professional Tennis Association and instructs at South Suburban Park and Recreation district.
