Dr. Cheyne Bamford

Dr. Cheyne Bamford has been teaching at Arapahoe Community College
in Littleton, CO for 15 years.
Dr. Bamford received his B.A. in Psychology and Music from Grinnell
College, and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Psychology from Arizona State
University. He teaches the two General Psychology courses (PSY 101
and PSY 102), Human Growth and Development (PSY 235), Child Development
(PSY 238), and Research Methodology (PSY 200).
Dr. Bamford's professional interests include spatial perception,
environmental aesthetics, cognitive mapping, sociobiology, and social
psychology.
He has two stepdaughters ages 17 and 21, and a 5 year old daughter
named Haley. Dr. Bamford enjoys bicycling, skiing and playing the
guitar.
