Admission Requirements for MOT-Certificate Program:

• Complete Application Package (download pdf 169K) (to order, call 303-797-5991.
• Interview with Department Chair
• Demonstrate typing skills equivalent to 35 words per minute
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic computer skills
• Complete CPT examination with minimum scores of: Reading 80-120, Mathematics 52-120, Sentence Structure 95-120 (or Department Chair approval)

All major, general education, and other courses required for this certificate must be completed with a "C" or better to meet graduation requirements.
