How does this online course work?
You will be given a pre-test prior to each learning unit. You will be asked to select the correct answer, and also rate the confidence level with which you know the material. This unique learning system is based on decades of research in education and is patented by Knowledge Factor, Inc.

The Knowledge Factor software platform identifies the subject matter that is correct or incorrect. It also assesses what information you hold correctly with confidence, information you hold incorrectly with confidence, and information you hold with doubt. Based on these findings, a personalized learning program is developed to meet your individual learning needs. You will not waste time reviewing material you already know. Your individualized learning plan will provide you with questions and links to the correct answers and reference material. Please visit http://acclea.knowledgefactor.com/ to see how this unique system works!

Your goal will be to master the material, eliminate material you hold with doubt or incorrectly. Mastery is holding correct information with confidence.

How do I pass an online course?
You may access your learning program as often as you wish to confidently demonstrate the correct answers to the questions. You will be required to achieve the mastery goal of 80% in each area. You will not be penalized for accessing the material several times in order to achieve a higher mastery level. The purpose of the program is to help you reach mastery no matter how many times you take an assessment.

What does this online course cost?
The cost of the online academic refresher is $550.00. You should visit http://acclea.knowledgefactor.com/ to purchase the course directly.
