To submit your application packet for the academy you will need to schedule an advisement interview with the academy coordinator.

In addition to the above forms please bring photocopies of your current Colorado driver’s license, your high school diploma or G.E.D., Military DD214 and college transcript(s) or ACCUPLACER scores to your interview.

The following forms are required to be completed and in your file at least 30-days prior to the first day of the academy:
