Help someone reach their fullest potential -- become a fitness
professional today! The Human Performance major includes everything
from the study of physical activity and the associated acute and
chronic physiological responses and adaptations resulting from physical
activity.

As our world becomes more advanced and connected and technology
increases, individuals and societies can become negatively impacted.
The number of illnesses and deaths from chronic diseases such as
heart disease, cancer, obesity, strokes are in part related to personal
health choices.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projections, opportunities
are expected to increase much faster than average through 2014.
