Real Estate: Business Administration

Are you interested in becoming a real estate broker? Are you interested
in becoming an appraiser? You can acquire your real estate broker
license or appraisal license as well as earn an AAS in Business
Administration with a Real Estate option.
Students who successfully complete the courses in this option will
satisfy the educational requirements of the Colorado Real Estate
Commission or to become a licensed broker or registered appraiser.
