Construction Estimating Certificate

You can complete this certificate in only two courses. This program introduces you to residential and commercial print reading, covering the interpretation and reading of construction prints and related documents used in the building trades industry. The course also covers basic construction estimating. You will develop skills in estimating the amount and cost of various constructions. You will demonstrate these skills by making estimates of materials and labor and the cost for representative types of construction.
