The Construction Supervision program offers an Associate of Applied Science degree within Construction Supervision, and certificate programs within Architectural Contracts and Materials, and a Mini Certificate within Estimating. The program, being a member of United States Green Build Council (USGBC®-0), will cover sustainability topics within each of the AEC courses throughout the program.
This Construction Supervision AAS degree is designed for the "in-house" construction industry person. This program will train students within areas of construction that include building practices, materials, estimating, scheduling with Premavera ® software, hands -on surveying, International Building Codes (IBC), contacts and others.

The Architectural Contracts and Materials Certificate is an excellent fast track certificate program that may be completed within one year. The courses from this certificate transfer to the Construction Supervision degree for students wishing to continue their education.
The Estimating Certificate is a mini-certificate that includes two courses. Construction print reading that will cover residential and residential and commercial buildings and construction estimating are covered within the fast track certificate.
