REQUIREMENTS

All students must

  • Have a valid passport
  • Contact Marsha Wooley BEFORE enrolling for credit or non-credit classes. Marsha can be reached at 720.851.1936 or marsha.wooley@arapahoe.edu
  • Register as an ACC student (either for-credit or non-credit)
  • Attend the orientation sessions associated with the classes
  • Make all La Romita trip deposits to the ACC Cashier's Office per payment schedule

TRIP PAYMENT SCHEDULE

These payments are separate from any and all tuition costs. Deposits due to the ACC Cashier's Office.

January 15, 2014:  $1,000 trip deposit due
March 5, 2014:  $1,200 trip deposit due
April 4, 2014:  $1,190 final trip deposit due

WHAT IS INCLUDED for ALL students

  • Lodging - double occupancy*
  • Transportation to and from Italian airport and Workshop locations
  • Breakfast, dinner and most lunches at La Romita
  • Pre-trip orientation and classes (both credit or non-credit students)
  • Workshop Instruction at La Romita and final critique at ACC
  • Public exhibition of Artwork at the ACC Gallery of the Arts

*Supplement for a single room, if available, is an additional $300.

ADDITIONAL COSTS

  • ACC tuition costs ($487 for credit and non-credit classes)
  • Comprehensive travel insurance through Allianz: estimated $158
  • Airfare through Custom Travel LTD: estimated $1,500**

TRIP PAYMENT METHODS

Payments can only be made once a student has completed the credit or non-credit registration process and has a student identification number. Students may pay the total amount by January 15, 2014 or make payments by dates listed above. Cash, check or credit cards will be accepted.

Students can make trip payments in person on the ACC Littleton campus, by mail, or over the phone. The campus is located at 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive, Littleton, CO 80120. Make all checks payable to: Arapahoe Community College.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel your trip, ACC will refund your deposit upon receipt of a written notice, less $200. If you must cancel less than 30 days prior to departure, we retain 100% of the cost of the program. Purchase of trip cancellation insurance
is advised to cover any emergencies, should they arise.
