GARDENING AT HUDSON GARDENS

You may view the gardens from 4-6 pm prior to your class session. Check in at the Gift Shop and identify yourself as an ACC class participant for that day. Additionally, meet your instructor 10 minutes prior to the class start time in front of the gift shop at the main parking area. Classes are held in the Hudson Residence, a one-story home located northwest of the gift shop.

FLORAL DESIGN CERTIFICATE

Earn a certificate in Floral Design Principles after you successfully complete the following series of courses or you may take classes individually. Classes focus on silk and fresh flower arranging. You may view the gardens from 4-6 pm prior to your class session. Check in at the Gift Shop and identify yourself as an ACC class participant for that day. Having the right tools and knowing how to use them helps create a beautiful design and save you time. Learn about:

  • fillers-moss, marbles, sand, acrylic water, containers
  • stem types- flowers, bushes, greenery, grades, dried floral
