This combination CPR and First Aid course combines Community CPR, rescue breathing and choking with Basic First Aid. The Basic First Aid course teaches the student how to handle bleeding, falls, fractures, dislocations, shock, seizures, and environmental injuries. Upon completion of this 5 1/2 hour course, you will receive two completion cards valid for two years.

Daily Tai Chi practice relieves stress and tension, increases energy and tranquility, regulates the body’s internal systems, and improves balance, flexibility, strength, and physical-mental harmony and well being. Learn the Tai Chi stances, movements and forms in sequence with clear, step-by-step instruction. Basic meditation and Qi Gong exercise included. You must be physically able to move. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. For those with physical limitations, this class may not be appropriate.

In this class you’ll learn aromatherapy basics. A little history, methods of use and safety, blending, pathways of absorption and of course, recipes. We’ll learn about and play with lavender, rosemary, clary sage, orange, lime, peppermint, tea tree, thyme, eucalyptus, and chamomile. You will take home an extensive 26 page notebook full of recipes and information for first aid, body and beauty products, cleaning products and even some recipes for cooking with essential oils. *Everyone also takes home an aroma-therapeutic spritzer, an aromatherapy necklace and a personal “inhaler.”
